A Pair of Painted Three-Panel Screens

designed by George Oakes, Head of Design at Colefax and Fowler, Ltd.
Height 84 x width of each panel 24 inches.
Condition
In overall good and stable condition. Both are sturdy with hinges secure and functioning smoothly. there are some light pencil marks from artist's hand/production. Few minor instances of light warping to canvas but this does not impact the overall stability of the canvas. Few light surface marks including one panel with a faint white mark from abrasion to the paint surface. The same panel with an approximately 1 1/2-inch tear in the lower right, not immediately noticeable. Additional images available upon request.
